Elizabeth Calvo

I am from Cuba. I started practicing Bikram Yoga in 2009, and tried other styles and got my 200 hour YTT at Wild Spirit Yoga School in Tomball. I love yoga because it makes me feel happy and compassionate to the world I live in. I love many things like music, teas, cooking, the sea, nature smells and writing poetry.
