In my search for a low-impact exercise, I discovered Tai Chi. I soon realized that regular practice improved my memory, flexibility, coordination, balance, and concentration. Tai Chi enhances my energy levels and promotes my relaxation and good rest.

I began learning Tai Chi in 2018 in the Woodlands Tai Chi group. It was an exhilarating journey, and I reached higher levels under my Master and mentor, Sesco Saegusa’s, teachings.

Classes with Alicia:
In Tai Chi, one of the mottos is “I’m a warrior but always humble to learn.” Inspired by that, I have started learning and practicing Qigong since 2021 and have included it in the class curriculum.

Tai Chi is a millenarian martial art, also called motion meditation, combining slow movements and breathing improves your balance, concentration, coordination giving you mind peace. Qigong is pure Chinese Medicine created for longevity. Stimulating the vital energy flow (Chi) through gentle stretching and releasing with a  breathing technique.

As an instructor, my mission is to teach the benefits of Tai chi and Qigong in a class where everyone can learn at their own pace and feel happy with their learning progress. I created this step-by-step guided class to share how disconnecting to the outer world and reconnecting with your inner being will provide harmony to your life through continuous practice.

Tai Chi Fan, this beautiful dance with graceful movements, will improve your memory, coordination, balance, and joint flexibility.
In Tai Chi- Qigong Stick the stick is stretching tool with precise slow movements. This routine used acupressure points to improve organs functions, circulation, joint and connective tissue elasticity.

Tai Chi: Bafa Wubu, Yang Style: 8 Steps, 24 Steps, Tai Chi Fan: The Radiant Lotus & 18 form, Tai Chi Stick Yangsheng Zhang.
Qigong: 5 Animals Wu Qin Xi, Daoyin Yangsheng Gong of Dragon, Ming Mu Gong, 18 form, 5 Elements.

Tai Chi: $10 Per hour class
Qigong: $10 Per hour class
